To ensure regular, balanced growth of its turnover and its personnel, ORESYS recruits around 30 new consultants every year.
Like all our consultants, you will be required to take part in assignments in diverse functional areas and professional sectors, allowing you to gain a rich, varied store of experience. In addition, after an initial apprenticeship phase, you will actively take part in the life and development of the company in such areas as the creation of new know-how, the opening up of new sectors of activity, participation in internal and external communication etc.
Our consultants’ progress is at the heart of the ORESYS management system: everything is designed to increase the skills and autonomy of new consultants. The training and coaching systems will help you to make very rapid progress in managing assignments and client relations.
