Required profile and recruitment procedure

Required profile:

• Graduate of a business school or engineering school
• At the beginning of your career or with around 2-5 years’ professional experience. 
• Enjoy making contacts, have an ability for listening to clients, a mastery of analysis and summary and good working English.
• Be able to combine autonomy with team spirit and be good at making and maintaining relationships.

Positions available: Consultants (permanent contract)

• You will take part in projects in very varied areas (management of client relations, human resources, finance, project management, corporate management, logistics etc.) in diverse professional sectors (Banking, Insurance, Distribution, Industry, Administration etc.). 
• Place of work: Paris, Lyon or Brussels, regional or foreign travel possible

The recruitment process is quick and simple:

• Initial selection is carried out according to training and experience (or internships) and candidate motivation.
• The chosen candidates are invited to three individual interviews led by the assignment managers and Partner Directors. The purpose of these interviews is to verify the ability of the candidate to work with our teams of consultants and assess their listening, summary and adaptation skills.
• At each stage of the process, the candidates will be quickly informed of the result
