BPM (Business Process Management) is one of these buzzwords that came up, based on a technological background.

However, while certain fashions are obsolete, BPM is here to last.

As a matter of fact, the global competition, the acceleration of mutations, the distortion of the economic network and the increasing of all kinds of expectations require to think processes. And these processes are larger, tighter and go across the borders of organisations, they defy technological variants, combining all resources, and in all working and mobility situations.

BPM comes at the perfect time to meet these challenges.

NAs a new way to see business, it could transcend ongoing technological revolutions. But the technological turmoil pushes it under the spotlights. The main standards are becoming steady and more mature technology will soon be beneficial.
