Skills assessment, enshrined in the French law of 31 December 1991, is an approach whose objective is to enable employees to analyse and summarise all their skills, motivations, difficulties and wishes, in order to define and refine their professional aims.

It can be carried out individually, either spontaneously or following a career break.

Around 16 hours of interviews, plus individual work, will be required to carry out your skills assessment. Oresys offers an original approach that complements the regulatory Skills Assessment framework:

_1st phase: preliminary phase

Initial contact so that we can understand your objectives and explain to you how the skills assessment works.

2nd phase: opening phase

to take you beyond your usual frame of reference.
to widen your field of opportunity.

3rd phase: investigation phase

to identify and analyse your skills and motivations
to understand your professional behaviour
to give priority to your aspirations and difficulties

4th phase: closing phase

to define your professional aims
to prepare your action plan
to draw up a summary report

5th phase: follow-up

for 6 months after production of the summary report
with a follow-up interview at the end of 6 months.

Our skills assessments use PerformanSe assessment, graphological analysis and psychological interviews.

Skills assessment is financed by OPACIF, to which your employer pays Individual Study Leave contributions, or by your company’s training budget.
