Challenges and risk monitoring at the heart of the project management system

Projects that do not provide the expected results, or are not even successfully completed or implemented... Major change projects or reviews of information systems rarely meet the challenges assigned to them by the company, or do so at a cost that greatly exceeds the initial budget. However, very few are subjected to proper risk management.
This is largely because the idea of risk management often gives Management a negative image of the project and may be a source of conflict between the different people involved.
