What is the level of maturity of your Operational Excellence?
Due to the severe price competition on globalized markets, Operational Excellence has become a crucial factor to successfully position a firm in the competitive environment. In this study, we ask responsible representatives of banks, insurances and other financial service providers, to what extent the certain fields of action within achieving Operational Excellence are already implemented and which developments are expected for the future. In addition to an analysis of the current status quo, we want to examine changes to the last-year-survey in order to determine fundamental development trends.

Our services :
Oresys launches this year, with its international partners from the Highland Worldwide network and clients, an innovative and international study (The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Singapore, Australia…). The study focuses on the current state of the financial industries and on the degree to which financial service providers have implemented Operational Excellence measures, as well as identifying improvements.
