After having fixed with the receiver and the company the global intervention framework, the context and the objectives to be fulfilled, an Oresys expert will face the reciever (generally once a week) to analyze concrete situations and make recommendations. During the coaching period, the expert will especially highlight all the traditional situations a manager has to face. To make the receiver comfortable with all different situations, an assessment is made each quarter and a roadmap is recommended for the next quarter.
This coaching is leaded in the interests of both the receiver and the company.
This professional coaching is transitory and usually lasts between 2 and 5 quarters.
