Against a background of significant development, La Poste decided to review its Human Resources Information System. This was done by implementing the HR Access application.
Since the beginning of the decade, La Poste has been constantly developing. Human Resources Management has been particularly affected. The complexity of the system comes from the existence of public or private contracts and the gradual opening up of the markets (parcels and express mail, banking activity and then mail). Against this background, the main challenges in reviewing La Poste's HRIS were reorganisation by sector (mail, parcels and express mail, banking), clarification of a complex existing situation (in terms of population and associated IT tools) and improvement of HR management performance. To carry out this review, La Poste chose the HR Access application.
La Poste decided to call on Oresys to help with this ambitious project, in order to standardise the management repositories and optimise project management.
After accurately mapping the existing situation, the ORESYS team defined and implemented a repository management tool for La Poste Human Resources in order to update and ensure the consistency of the repository in the various HR management tools. Oresys took into account the cross-departmental impacts of the project, in particular the implementation of HR Access, in order to optimise management and ensure functional and technical coherence.
ORESYS developed decision-making tools by putting in place indicators on pay, then suggesting scenarios for migrating towards a more effective management tool to suit the new challenges of the Human Resources function.
Oresys put in place a long-lasting, robust base that could support business, organisational and IS developments.
